Narcan Distribution
At Total Family Care Coalition, we actively combat the opioid crisis by distributing Narcan throughout the community. This life-saving medication empowers individuals and families to respond effectively in emergencies, reducing overdose deaths and promoting safer neighborhoods. Case Management & Recovery
At Total Family Care Coalition (TFCC), we pride ourselves on our dedicated Peer Support Case Managers who provide comprehensive, client-centered care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and equitable. Our case managers coordinate and oversee client care plans, conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, and collaborate with clients to develop personalized service plans.
